Resolving the Issue
Congratulations for completing the work on the issue. Simply click on
icon to resolve the issue.
You can roll-over the Resolution attribute and select a resolution that aptly describes the manner in which the issue was resolved.
Resolve the Issue
Just click the
icon to the right of Status attribute in the attributes panel.

Alternatively, you may select "Resolved" in the Status pull-down.
Select the Resolution
When you resolve the issue, a Resolution attribute shall be displayed under the Resolved status.
Simply mouse-over here and select a resolution that aptly describes the manner in which the issue was resolved.

Tips:
1. All members on the notify list of the issue shall be notified in their Inbox.
2. To re-open the issue, simply select a different selection in the Status attribute.
