Subscribing to Colabolo service
Colabolo is designed as an open, flexible collaboration service, priced for small teams and personal use:
- A subscription costs $9.99 per user/month, payable via PayPal.
- You may pay for your subscription & optionally sponsor the members in your projects.
You can set the exact number of members covered by your subscription plan and change it anytime.
- Get access to anyone's projects in Colabolo with a single subscription.

- When you sign-up for Colabolo, you get a 2-week free trial.
During this time, you can freely create projects, invite members and join others projects to evaluate Colabolo.
- If you like, you may sign-up for a subscription.
- (Monthly plan) You can easily add more users to your subscription plan at any time.
- (Annual plan) You get 2-months discount when you commit to the number of users in your annual subscription.
- Payments can be made via PayPal. Payments can be set to renew monthly or annually. Annual subscribers get a 2-month discount.
- Your subscription covers:
- Unlimited number of projects, issues and peer-to-peer file sharing.
- Use of Colabolo client (Adobe AIR) application
- Server-side services: issue syncing, project data backup storage (except files), email send/receive (except attachments)
- SSL encryption for data communication
- Ongoing software updates
How to Subscribe?
Launch Colabolo, click on "Account Settings" > "Subscription" > "Subscribe to Colabolo" and follow the on-screen instructions.
When subscribed, you can also add more users to your subscription plan or cancel from here.
How to add more users to your subscription plan?
You can add more users to your subscription plan by modifying your current plan from "Account Settings" > "Subscription".
The new number of subscribers shall be available immediately and new price shall be effective from next billing cycle.
