Mail Accounts Configure email accounts for the project to automatically create issues/comments from incoming email. You shall also be able send email replies to external users by commenting on issues.     Component What is it used for? Configuring Mail Accounts Creating Issues via Email Tip: Green light next to "Mail Accounts" in the sidebar means that all your mail accounts are active and being processed normally.
