Editing the Notify List

Edit the notify list to add participating members of the issue who shall be notified when any updates are made to the issue.

You can also add the email address of external user(s) with who you wish to exchange comments via email.
This feature is available if the project manager has configured a mail account for the project.


Edit the Notify List

  1. Click the numbered link to the right of Notify to: in the attributes panel.

  2. A list of selectable team members is displayed.

  3. Simply add or remove check-marks as you need. The project manager shall receive all updates by default.
    To add an external user to the list, simply enter the email address below and press the sign.

    External users are denoted with the icon.

  4. Save the updated notify list.
