Commenting via email by external users This feature is available if the project manager has configured a mail account for the project. Commenting via email by external users If you email a comment to an external user, they can simply reply to it and that reply shall be automatically added as a comment to the issue. Tips: 1. External users are denoted by the icon. 2.
