You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your access to all Colabolo projects shall become restricted.
You may re-subscribe to restore full access to all projects. However, when you re-subscribe, you must resume the previous subscription plan for the first billing cycle.
Please follow these steps to cancel your subscription:
Click the "Account Settings" icon in the footer.
Click "Subscription" in the sidebar to view your current subscription status and click on the "Cancel" link.
Please login to your PayPal account.
Review your subscription details and click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom to unsubscribe.
Confirm your subscription details and click "Cancel Subscription" again.
Your subscription shall be cancelled.
Close and return to the Colabolo client. Your access to Colabolo projects shall become restricted. If you change your mind, you can re-subscribe to Colabolo during this time to restore full access to your projects. However, when you re-subscribe, you must resume the previous subscription plan for the first billing cycle.
