Issue Attributes Issue attributes contain the key meta-data associated with the issue such as type, priority, status, assignee. In once glance, you can know what is happening with the issue. You can roll-over the attribute to update it. The attributes updated since the last time you viewed the issue are highlighted in yellow.     Attribute What is it used for? Learn more ID A system-generated ID of the issue. Starts with the project ID set by the project manager. Glossary: Issue ID Type The issue type. Determines the selectable statuses. Customizing Issue Types Priority Ranges from Lowest-Low-Medium-High-Highest. Changing the Issue's Priority Status Current status of the issue. "Resolved" indicates the work on the issue has been completed. Updating the Issue's Status Resolve Click the icon to indicate that the work on the issue has been completed. Resolving the Issue Resolution The manner in which the issue was resolved. To "re-open" the issue, click on Status. Customizing Issue Types Assignee The member currently in-charge of the issue. Assigning Issues Created by The member (or external user) who created the issue. Glossary: Created by Notify to The members who shall be notified of any updates to this issue in their Inbox. Can include external users (if the mail service has been enabled for the project). The external users shall receive only those comments which the Colabolo user chooses to email. Editing the Notify List Progress The percentage of completion of the issue. Indicating the Progress Attachments The files attached to this issue. Files can be attached by dragging and dropping here. Attaching files Viewing File Attachments Copying files via drag and drop Change Highlighting Yellow highlighting is applied to those attributes that have been updated since you last viewed the issue. Highlighting of latest changes Tip: You can edit the attributes by clicking on them.
