You can increase or decrease the number of users in your subscription plan at any time.
The new number of users is available immediately and the payment for the new subscription plan is effective from the next payment cycle. Therefore, after you upgrade, you may not downgrade until the payment for next billing cycle has been made.
Please follow these steps to increase or decrease the number of users in your current subscription plan:
Click the "Account Settings" icon in the footer.
Click "Subscription" in the sidebar to view your current subscription status and click on the "Modify Subscription" button.
Set the number of users you would like in your subscription plan and click "Next".
Please login to your PayPal account.
Please confirm the payment details and press "Save".
Congratulations! Your have successfully modified your Colabolo subscription. Click "Close".
Colabolo shall display a dialog saying that "Your Colabolo subscription plan is now active". If you have bought multiple subscriptions, click on "Manage Subscribers" to choose which members you would like to give subscriptions to.
From "Account Settings" > "Subscription", you can select which team members you would like to give subscriptions to.
